The combination – ProCall Enterprise with bis. cloud

Two variants are available for combining ProCall Enterprise with bis. cloud: 

  • If you use hardware phones, the connection is made classically via the  ECSTA for SIP Phones.
  • For an infrastructure without classic telephony end devices, ProCall Enterprise offers softphone functionalities: Internal and external telephone calls are made via an integrated SIP-compatible softphone.

Regardless of which variant you use to operate ProCall Enterprise with the bis. cloud PBX, the advantage of the UCC suite are available to you in full: Reliable and location-independent, estos’s software simplifies company communication internally and across company boundaries. Whether working from home, in the office or on the move: ProCall Enterprise offers proven UC functions such as CTI, audio/video chat, the option of integrating UCC into business processes and a powerful presence management system for this purpose. With the ProCall Mobile Apps, selected UCC functions are available the smartphone.
